As we farewell another eventful year in real estate, it’s given me time to reflect and celebrate the achievements of the past twelve months. In a period where markets ebbed and flowed unpredictably and copywriters faced the challenge of competing with AI, I’m thrilled to celebrate that my listings copy procured over $1 billion in sales for my valued clients.

It cut through the inauthentic (and often inaccurate) AI-produced content, connected with hearts, and converted into a resounding $1,005,245,947 in sales.

This is not just a number; it’s a testament to the confidence entrusted in my services and the unyielding power of the (authentic!) written word. Yes, AI has its place in our world, and yes, I have embraced some of its benefits, but ultimately, nothing beats the human touch.
